This is probably one of the coolest examples of interactive advertising I’ve seen in a long time. The video above is a short trailer for a fake dramatic teenage movie that draws the viewer to onlybecausewecan.com. Once on the site, the user can click at anytime to freeze the screen, little plus signs and hand-drawn type then pop up, and the user can find out exactly what the person is wearing. Created by Uncle Grey for ONLY clothing company, the film is well shot and appropriately dramatic. Test it out, it’s pretty crazy. We are so used to seeing models in well-lit studios, and this gives the consumer a chance to see what their outfits might look in real life, even if that real life is still staged.
